Rice is always tastier to eat if you cook it in stock, or broth, or juice, or any other liquid besides water. At least that way, that 1/4 c. serving will have some taste!

Rice of any kind really shoots up my BG as well. and I love rice.

I thought rice was the reason that they give you the option to turn the CGMS off for awhile!
